(4/30/04) I was very pleased with our transaction and the well organized operation you have in place. Each and every person involved did a superb job, especially as far as communication response time and thoroughness was concerned. No matter where our job was in the system, everyone knew the status and kept me informed. A small lot was set aside as per my instruction for our local rep to pick up on the way to Vegas, and the rest came to me by UPS Ground, also as requested. An error on my part in providing the cover art was easily solved with your guidance and instruction on how to properly output/package the cover art from the Mac. It is unfortunate that all of my suppliers don't have the same attention to detail and service as your group... thanks for 'raising the bar' over the competition. Well done!

I believe the adage that the organization is a direct reflection of the leadership. Your facility is neat, clean, quite and well organized, and it's obvious that you are well versed in your business and in control of your operation. These qualities I usually do not find in most suppliers that I visit.
